About the company

ROBOCLAIM is a hyperautomation platform for accounts receivable work. It takes a debtor through the entire collection cycle, from the first voice notification to a request to the bank and insolvency: the pre-trial stage, court stage, enforcement and insolvency (insolvency register, petition to the commercial court, register of claims) on a single platform. Mission

Routine for the machine, decisions for people

Lawyers at property management companies, homeowners' associations, utility companies and capital repair funds repeat the same work thousands of times. ROBOCLAIM grew out of a simple question: why is a person still doing this work if a machine can do it?

≈168minutes

  • Debt calculation5 min
  • Penalty interest calculation30 min
  • Court filing fee calculation2 min
  • Determining jurisdiction5 min
  • Court fee payment5 min
  • Preparing the application10 min
  • Sending documents to the court30 min
  • Obtaining the court judgment30 min
  • Writ of execution10 min
  • Transfer to enforcement40 min

10 000per minute

up to 10,000 payment orders and claims per minute are prepared by the ROBOCLAIM platform

  • 45 times faster than a human, according to company data
  • 7 times lower costs of debtor work, according to company data
  • about 5 hours per debtor is spent manually on all three stages, according to the company's estimate

Our goal is to become the fundamental system for debtor work in Russia and the CIS, simplifying collection processes and making the work of lawyers and companies dealing with non-payers more efficient and convenient.Goal set by the company in 2023
