This consent applies when you submit a form on the English-language Website (https://urrobot.tech/en/). Ticking the consent box in a Website form means that you give this consent. It does not limit any rights you have under the Privacy Policy or applicable law, including the CCPA.
I, hereinafter the “Data Subject”, freely and of my own will give my consent to ROBOCLAIM LLC, a Florida limited liability company, address: 16900 N Bay Rd, Apt 2209, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, USA, hereinafter the “Company”, to collect and use the personal information I submit (enter) through the Company’s website at https://urrobot.tech/en/ and its subdomains (the “Website”), as described below and in the Privacy Policy.
1. Personal information
Personal information means any information relating to me, including my full name, contact details (telephone, fax, email), my organization and position, and cookies and similar identifiers.
A cookie is a piece of data sent by the Company’s server and stored on my device. Its content may or may not be personal information, depending on whether the cookie contains personal information or de-identified technical data.
2. Processing operations
Processing means collection, organization, storage, updating, use, disclosure (including transfer to other countries, as described in the Privacy Policy), de-identification, restriction and deletion, with or without the use of automation, in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
3. Purposes
- responding to my request (demonstration, presentation, cost estimate, question, trial access) and contacting me about it;
- sending me marketing emails, newsletters and invitations to the Company’s events. Every marketing email identifies the Company and explains how to unsubscribe, and the Company honors unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Marketing text messages and automated calls are sent only if I have given any separate prior express written consent required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA);
- confirming my identity when I attend the Company’s events, receive its services or use its software;
- analyzing Website use with Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, unless I opt out as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Recipients
For the purposes stated above, I agree that my personal information may be disclosed to:
- Yandex LLC (Russia) and Google LLC — web analytics;
- the Company’s service providers, subcontractors and affiliates, under confidentiality obligations;
- other third parties, where this is necessary to perform the Company’s contractual obligations or required by law.
5. Protection
The Company takes reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, disclosure and other unlawful actions, and keeps it confidential.
6. Term and withdrawal
- This consent is valid until I withdraw it, and in any case no longer than 20 (twenty) years from my visit to or registration on the Website.
- I may withdraw this consent or unsubscribe from marketing at any time by writing to info@urrobot.tech or by using the unsubscribe option in any marketing email. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal; after withdrawal the Company may keep information only where required or permitted by law.
- If I provide personal information of other persons, I confirm that I have a legal basis to do so.
