We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning you based solely on automated processing.

Personal information is stored on servers operated by our hosting providers. It may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live, including by the service providers listed in section 6 (for example, Yandex Metrica data is processed by Yandex LLC in Russia). Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country; we protect your information as described in this Policy wherever it is processed. For visitors from the EU/EEA: where personal information is transferred to a country for which the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision, the transfer is made because it is necessary for responding to your request or for performing a contract with you, or on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 49(1)(a)–(c) GDPR).
8. How long we keep personal information
- Data submitted through Website forms: for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain our business relationship, and no longer than 20 (twenty) years from your visit to or registration on the Website, or until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier, unless we must keep it longer by law.

- Data may be stored longer where required by law (for example, accounting or tax rules) or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
When the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved, data is deleted or de-identified.
9. Cookies and analytics
The Website uses cookies to make the Website work and for analytics (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics). You can turn analytics off on the English-language Website at any time using the switch in section 12, by sending a Global Privacy Control signal, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Details are given in our Cookie Policy.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- know whether we process your personal information and access it, including the categories, sources, purposes and recipients;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete personal information we have collected from you;
- receive your information in a portable format and restrict processing (GDPR);
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of marketing communications at any time (see section 12);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
- lodge a complaint with a regulator: in California, the California Privacy Protection Agency (cppa.ca.gov) or the California Attorney General (oag.ca.gov); in the United States generally, the Federal Trade Commission (reportfraud.ftc.gov); in the EU/EEA, the supervisory authority of your Member State (Art. 77 GDPR).
To exercise your rights, write to info@urrobot.tech (see “How to submit a request” in section 12). Users of the Service can also update or delete the information in their profile; deletion may make further use of the Service impossible.
11. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, disclosure and other unlawful actions, and we keep personal information confidential. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
12. Notice to U.S. residents and California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
This section supplements this Policy for visitors who reside in the United States, including California residents under the CCPA. It applies to the extent the CCPA or other U.S. state privacy laws apply to us.
Categories of personal information we collect (in the preceding 12 months, through this Website):
- Identifiers: name, email address, telephone number, IP address, online identifiers (cookies);
- Professional or employment-related information: your organization, position and the taxpayer identification number of your organization that you choose to provide;
- Internet or other electronic network activity: pages visited, actions on the Website, browser and device type, including session recordings made by Yandex Metrica (Webvisor);
- Audio and electronic information: chat messages (Jivo) and call information when you call us through call tracking (Novofon);
- Account credentials, if you register in the Service (login and password) — sensitive personal information that we use only to provide the Service and keep your account secure.
Sources: directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from the analytics, chat and telephony providers listed in section 6 and in the Cookie Policy. Purposes: those listed in section 4. Disclosure: to the categories of recipients listed in section 6. Retention: as set out in section 8.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money and do not use it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. However, the analytics providers on the Website (Yandex Metrica, including Webvisor session recording, and Google Analytics) receive information about your visit and may use it for their own purposes under their own policies. Because this could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under the broad definitions of the CCPA, we let you opt out of it.
How the opt-out works. Use the switch below. When you opt out, we store a cookie named urr_optout in your browser, and the Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics scripts are no longer loaded on the English-language Website in that browser; analytics cookies already set by us on this domain (_ym_*, _ga*) are removed. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and apply the same setting automatically, without you having to use the switch. The opt-out applies to the browser and device you use; if you clear your cookies or use another browser, opt out again (or keep GPC enabled). The online chat (Jivo) and the call widget (Novofon) remain available because they provide the chat and calling features you can choose to use; you can avoid them by not using them and blocking third-party cookies, or contact us by email instead.
Your choice in this browser: analytics are on
JavaScript is turned off in your browser, so the analytics scripts do not run on the Website.
You can also opt out by emailing info@urrobot.tech with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We do not require you to create an account or verify your identity to opt out, and we act on opt-out requests as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after receipt. We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.
Your rights. Subject to the CCPA and its exceptions, California residents have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we have collected about them, including the categories, sources, purposes and recipients;
- delete personal information we have collected from them;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including via a user-enabled Global Privacy Control;
- limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we use it only for the purposes permitted by the CCPA);
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to submit a request. Email info@urrobot.tech with the subject “Privacy request”. We will confirm receipt, verify your request using information we already hold (for example, the email address you used) and respond within 45 calendar days, which may be extended by another 45 days where permitted, with notice to you. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authorization and verify your identity directly.
Do Not Track. There is no uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, and the Website does not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above.
Children’s privacy (COPPA). The Website and the Service are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Contact for privacy requests: ROBOCLAIM LLC, 16900 N Bay Rd, Apt 2209, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, USA; info@urrobot.tech; +7 495 128-65-45 (Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. MSK, UTC+3).
13. Third-party personal information
If you provide personal information of other persons, you must have a legal basis to do so and provide any notices required by law. You are responsible for any claims arising from providing third-party personal information without such a basis.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material, we will inform users of the Service in an appropriate way.
